The Papers Love "Fetes De La Nuit"
Strike Anywhere Productions received great reviews this week for their first show under Shunpike's Partner Artist program, Fetes De La Nuit:
"I'll admit, I swooned; I simply can't imagine a more perfect summer evening theater date than this play," Paul Constant writes in The Stranger.
The Seattle Weekly's Gavin Borchert adds, "Amorous couplings mix and match genders without being self-consciously naughty, which is a relief; the young cast's puppylike eagerness to entertain blends refreshingly with the material's deadpan, elegant silliness (and Re-bar's casual pierced-and-tattooed funkiness adds another flavor to the recipe)."
Check it out at Re-bar through July 16. Tickets available at Brown Paper Tickets.
