Sustainable Organizations
Program Description
Our Sustainable Organizations program provides specific infrastructure- or capacity-building services for mid-size arts organizations. This can take the form of training, consulting, or outsourcing, all at a reduced cost to the organization. The typical candidate for this program is a company that is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and seeks specific help with administration or organizational growth.
Services we provide include:
- Recruiting, training, and guiding a Board of Directors
- Strategic plan development
- Bookkeeping
- Grant writing and fundraising assistance
- Website development, hosting, and maintenance
